QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Job description:

  • Responsible for executing quality operations work including assessment, evaluation and review of materials and floor operations, issue identification, and timely documentation to resolve issues.

  • Perform independent technical review of documentation.

  • Ensures all specifications are met and that applicable requirements are completed and acceptable.

  • Ensures all issues/documentation associated with each process in assigned area have been resolved and approved prior to release to the next step

  • Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of previous Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance experience, preferably in a (semi) regulated environment - electronics industry prefer battery assembly related experience

  • Ability to think conceptually / understand impact of decisions

  • Must possess demonstrated organizational skills that have proven results in the ability to be self-directed while managing multiple projects.

  • Ability to monitor and track inventory via online systems for faster production. (MS Office/Excel/Word)

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills

  • Physical demands / surroundings - The duties of this position may require exertion of some physical effort.

  • Salary: 20-30k based on experience

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Job description:

  • Handling day to day office matters, correspondence and communication with clients.

  • Extensive and efficient email correspondence and Google searching and contents writing. 

  • Responsible for sending and receiving letters / posts and handling emails and social media accounts of the company also responsible to generate clients prepare correspondence Drafting letters, quotations, bills, payment receipts, etc. Assist founder in all works and helps in business development.

  • Ability to monitor and track inventory via online systems for faster production. (MS Office/Excel/Word)

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take leads from IndiaMart, Amazon, Facebook and then track the progress to convert into potential new clients.

MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

 Qualification:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Tech. / B.E. in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (preferred). Other candidates with relevant experience as mentioned below may also apply. Expectation from candidates:

    • 4 years and above in sales and marketing of Lithium Batteries for Electric Vehicles to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of Electric Rickshaws and Electric 2 Wheelers. Candidates with good Knowledge of all major Electric Vehicle

  • OEMs Salary : - 20k to 30kexp-2 years to 5 years

  • Experience: marketing manager: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Campaign Management: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Total work: 1-2 year (Preferred)
